Subcon were engaged by Waterway Constructions for the provision of the solutions for berthing pocket scour protection and jacket grouting services on the Eden Passenger Terminal.

The CoastMatt500 was specified providing high performance scour protection for the berthing pocket in this high thruster and propeller wash environment. Gaps between the combi wall, piles and mattresses were filled with grout inflated custom formworks filled with a engineered grout batched on the quayside.

The dolphon jacket grouting was completed using a SUbcon barge based batch plant, providing high flow, high quality grout supply with a very small crew in record time.
