Our GroutMat is a cost-effective product that allows for fast in-situ installation. A double-layered woven fabric acts as a formwork while high strength grout or micro-crete is injected between the layers. The resulting product acts as a barrier to erosion for coastal and drainage structures. Our standard GroutMat is delivered in 100m or 200m rolls of 5.15m width that are then deployed in the desired area. We can design custom GroutMats to interface with existing structures such as bridge or jetty supports where pre-cast scour protection will not achieve installation tolerance.
