The Subcon Reef Pyramid is a 5-metre high structure made from high-strength, reinforced marine grade concrete technology to offer economical engineered reef solutions. These large surface area reefs provide a maximum number of cryptic spaces and upwelling of nutrients. We use 50 Mpa concrete with a minimum wall thickness of 100mm to protect the structure from corrosion and rusting. Designed specifically to encourage target fish growth and provide sustainable habitats, the reef structures feature vertical reliefs and customised crypts.
