Subcon Scour Collar
The Subcon Scour Collar is a step-change approach to Offshore Wind Scour Protection. Building on our extensive scour protection experience, it provides an extremely robust scour solution plus a potential HLV critical path installation reduction of +10%. Designed for Taiwan’s extreme on-bottom currents and lack of local rock, the Subcon Scour Collar eliminates rock dumping. And, with an already established local supply chain – in-country production provided a local content percentage of approximately 70%. Our Scour Collas was tank tested at the University of Western Australia and assessed for COWI for the Formosa Project.
